Terms & Conditions – Hedgehog Cake Competition

A Competition for everyone in Greater Sydney to be held online.

HOW TO ENTER

1. Order your Hedgehog Cake Pack here
2. Decorate your cake and get creative
3. Upload your photo on the website
4. Share the link with family and friends to get votes
5. Good luck!

RULES

1. All work must be that of the Exhibitor.
2. The Exhibitor must be a resident living in Greater Sydney at the time of the competition.
3. Entries in the Hedgehog Cake Competition must be seen to be of a size and type that is recognizable as a cake and must represent a hedgehog.
4. Additional (other than what is suppled in the Hedgehog Cake Box) decorative edible food products, edible food colours and fondant may be used. So get creative!
5. We can only deliver the Hedgehog Cake Pack to one of our home delivery or meeting points (view delivery schedule here). If you live outside of these home delivery areas or meeting points you must collect the Hedgehog Cake Pack from either our Balmain or Surry Hills store.
6. This is a game of skill. The Entry with the highest number of Votes will be deemed the winner. The Entry with the second highest number of votes will win the 2^nd Prize and so on. So upload you photo and get sharing!
7. Competition winners must collect their prize from Nutie Balmain (13 Beattie Street, Balmain NSW 2041) by no later than 30/11/2021 no exceptions. No refunds or cash in kind are permitted.

ENTRIES CLOSE 31/10/2021 with results published on Facebook and Instagram and Web page by the 1/11/2021. Entry Photos are to be uploaded by the user onto the website https://www.nutie.com.au/hedgehog-competition/  All photos will be vetted by the Administrator of the Competition. Any Entries deemed inappropriate or not conforming to the general spirit of the completion will be removed immediately without notice. Any Questions can also to be sent to hello@nutie.com.au who will promptly reply. This competition is free to enter.
